Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury Announce Split

Molly-Mae took to her Instagram story, where she has a loyal following of 7.9 million fans, to share the heartbreaking update. “I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy's relationship has come to an end,” she wrote. This intimate confession marked the end of a relationship that began on the 2019 series of Love Island and led to their engagement in 2023. The couple also shares a beautiful daughter, Bambi, who remains the shining light in this difficult time.

In her heartfelt statement, Molly-Mae expressed her disbelief and sadness, saying, “Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this. After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.” She continued, “I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.”

Molly-Mae also took a moment to thank her fans for their unwavering support over the years. “You have all been a part of our journey, and I feel it's right to share this with you all,” she added. She concluded by saying she’ll be back on social media “when it feels right.”

Hague and Fury are arguably the most high-profile couple to have emerged from ITV2’s Love Island. Tommy Fury, brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, has made a name for himself as a boxer. Molly-Mae, with the largest social media following of any former Love Island contestant, has also made significant strides, having been the creative director of fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing until last year.

This split marks the end of a significant chapter in both their lives, but as Molly-Mae said, their journey continues, with Bambi at the center of their world.
